As a registered dietitian nutritionist (RDN) with more than 9 years of experience in the field of nutrition to my name, I’m here to help you sort through the facts and fictions of all things nutrition. I’ve worked with over one-hundred individuals with PCOS to help them discover the joys and benefits that food can offer the mind, body, and soul. Whether you’re looking for nutrition advice to improve your current symptoms or to reduce the risk of future health concerns, I offer flexible solutions that can be applied across the board.
Our initial session begins with a 60-minute deep dive into your current nutrition habits and your goals. Follow-up sessions revolve around targeted strategies to help you reach specified goals.
